Project Sales Terms

Short term protects (0-3 months from order date)- A minimum of 50% deposit required with balance then paid upon completion.

Long term projects (3 months+ from order date)- 40% 1st stage payment taken upon order with two further payments of 30% and 30% as install begins and then completes.

Project sale cancellations and refunds are subject to the same terms as set below.

Cancellations and Refunds

All cancelled orders or refunds agreed by Paramount AV will incur a 20% cancellation charge as many of our products are ordered by us on a proforma basis and cannot be returned or cancelled. Likewise any placed orders that are significantly changed in value by the customer or have had a third party involvement without the consent of Paramount AV Rooms will be cancelled by default and will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the original order value.

Within 14 days of sales order, we offer a complete refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Refunds after 14 days will incur the same fee but have the balance issued in the form of a credit note with a 12 month expiry from original sales order date.

Any cash, cheque or credit card refunds will be processed within 30 days of it's request.
